Fennel seeds are well known for their digestive properties and also add a unique flavour to this popular sauerkraut. Barrel aged for several months and traditionally fermented this sauerkraut is unpasteurised and naturally rich in beneficial bacteria which plays a vital role in supporting gut health and immune function.
You may store these products at room temperature or in the fridge, depending on your preference. Since they are naturally fermented, they are self-preserving, and you can be confident that they won't spoil easily.
