Slippery Elm Powder 100g

Slippery elm is a natural herbal remedy made from the inner bark of a tree native to mid-eastern America. Prepare slippery elm in one of two ways - either as a tea where you add 2-3g (roughly 1 tablespoon) to boiling water and allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes, or just mix with water and adjust the volume of water to your desired consistency.
