Celtic Sea Salt Trad y Sel 125g

The salt flower, Fleur de sel, from the Guerande, is harvested with great care using a millennial craft method of salt. In the salt mines on the Atlantic, which profit from the interplay of tides, the finest crystals appear on the surface of these `oeillets`, which are milder and more mineral-rich, crispier and at the same time moister than ordinary table salt. Fleur de sel is white, rare, of excellent quality and is highly appreciated by gourmets and chefs worldwide.
